Jaclyn

Jaclyn Doherty founder of Dodo Studios, has spent nearly 20 years offering strategic insight and leadership across a diverse array of fields, including higher education, teaching and learning services, research, corporate training, and community development. Her work spans multiple sectors, bringing innovative approaches to organizations and institutions aiming to transform how they lead, adapt, and grow—particularly in areas where design is creating value in new and emerging fields. She works with a broad network of educators, designers, developers, analysts, and quality assurance specialists to ensure each project has the right expertise and standards behind it.

Jaclyn holds a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Western University, with a focus on building cultures of innovation and people development. As an expert facilitator, she helps organizations cultivate creativity and adaptability, positioning them for success in fast-changing environments.

Ryan

Ryan Doherty is a seasoned leader skilled in organizational development, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. He has garnered a diverse skill set from his work in the arts, culture, and the wider non-profit sector. He holds an MA from Bard College's Centre for Curatorial Studies in New York and a BA from the University of Lethbridge.

 

With more than 25 years as a director, curator, writer and teacher, he is adept in stakeholder communication, staff and board development, complex planning and collaborative decision-making, clearly demonstrating his value as a leadership and organizational change professional.
